Since joining Site Smart in 2022, Sarah has become an irreplaceable part of the team acting as our director of first impressions and follow-through. What began as a front desk role has evolved into so much more—today, she’s not only the friendly face (and voice!) that welcomes clients, but also a key player in our marketing team, the behind-the-scenes operations engine, and the attention to detail supporting our projects.

Sarah’s superpower? Turning first impressions into lasting relationships and making sure no detail slips through the cracks. Whether she’s organizing schedules, sending out client updates, or keeping the whole office running smoothly, she does it all with a smile and genuine care.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys all things crafty—especially sewing—along with reading, video games, and binge-worthy TV marathons. She loves trying new restaurants with her husband, and their goal is to travel all around the world to take pictures and try new food.
